Are you motivated by supporting local end-users with a high variety of IT-related issues and problems? If yes, we now have a job opening as Junior Supporter to out Onsite Support office in Viby.


You are part of a dynamic, international “One Global Onsite Support” team, in which you are not only supporting users at your site, but also at other national / international sites. You will be part of a dedicated team working as 1st & 2nd line support for local IT infrastructure & clients. 

 

How you will make an impact

As Junior Supporter you will engage in proactive customer-oriented actions on all incoming requests in regards to installation, maintenance of end-user-devices, videoconference-systems and user-management. You will support a Windows 10 and Windows 11 environment including installation of ARLA-approved software as well as support of mobile devices to ensure compliance and function of digital company-applications. We value process documentation, thus you will contribute to the creation of knowledge-based articles in our shared knowledge database to ensure documentation of lessons-learned and provide help on future solution processes. Further, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Self-leading analysis of hardware and software issues in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
  • Participation on global infrastructure projects varying from installation of devices to topics effecting whole sites
  • Stock management (ordering/recovery/reutilization)
  • Participation in the Onsite community for knowledge sharing
  • Help will be available while learning

 

 

What will make you successful

The ideal candidate possess the ability to think logically and have great problem solving skills. You will likewise have a strong customer focus with excellent listening skills. You are able to prioritize and have a flexible approach to your daily workload. Regarding your technical skill-sets, we are looking for a candidate with:
 

  • Experience in Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 knowledge
  • Experience in supporting laptops/desktops
  • Some Experience with Office 365 and MS Teams
  • Knowledge of Azure
  • Some Experience of Microsoft SCCM
  • Some Experience working with Service Now or at least a willingness to learn
  • Some Experience with IOS/Android devices (phone/tablets)
  • Familiar with MS Intune device management
  • Some Experience in supporting Apple devices appreciated (computer)
  • Some Experience with AV/Conference equipment
  • Professional level of English in speaking and writing

 

Danish language in talking and writing is mandatory. However, it is not essential if you cannot check mark above skill-sets. What truly matters is your curiosity and willingness to learn.
