Junior HR Business Partner to our Europe Zone (Maternity Cover) - Viby

If so, the position as Junior HR Business Partner in Arla Foods’ Europe Zone could be yours for a 12 months period, starting 1st of MarchThe position is a unique opportunity to get to play a key role in business projects and initiatives on a European level and to build a good foundation in Arla HR.
 

In this role you will be supporting two senior leaders in our European Leadership Team as their HR Business Partner and be the link to Global HR. Additionally, you will be working with implementing HR projects across the Commercial organisation in Europe Zone. In this context, you will drive a variety of HR projects around different topics, strengthening our commercial capabilities across the zone in close collaboration with the Country HR Leads.  
 

HR Business partner & project management
 

You will be the HR Business Partner for two central teams – EU Finance and EU Marketing & Commercial Operations. The HR Business Partner organisation receives operational HR support from Global HR, and on the operational level your role will be to guide and help the Line Managers towards the right solutions within recruitment, training, etc.
 

Reporting to the Head of HR in Europe, you will be part of an HR Business Partnering team, whose finest task is to enable the sustainable commercial performance of the organisation. You will have a seat in the Europe HR Leadership Team where you will provide strong support to the HR Leadership team members and secure a solid and structured framework for implementing and anchoring HR processes across the Zone. You will manage various cross-country initiatives and work together with the country HR Leads to implement across the European organisations. You can look forward to having a central role in Arla with a huge amount of independency while also having the opportunity to engage with numerous stakeholders across Europe and Global HR.
 

Solid HR knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
 

You hold a Master’s degree within business, HRM or an equivalent discipline, and you have some experience with HR and project management. Most likely, you have been working in HR for 2-3 years as a, HR Business Partner, Project Manager or HR Consultant and ideally you have experience from a matrix organisation working with stakeholders from HR Shared Service and Business Partnering. Besides your empathetic personality you have lots of drive and energy and are eager to create results. You have the skills to be a strong project coordinator so you will ensure solid and timely execution on projects with many different stakeholders. You are able to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions – and you love to do this in collaboration with colleagues.
 

You thrive in a busy environment with a lot of challenge and varying tasks. You have a keen interest for organisation, business and people, and you are able to build strong and trusted relations with many stakeholders – and you are not afraid to take a stand.
