Are you interested in supporting the Legal Operations team by driving and championing the Legal Digital Transformation Strategy? Can you envision yourself doing a 6-month internship in the legal department, using your analytical and technical skills to identify and improve legal processes in an in-house corporate legal function, then here’s a great opportunity for you.

“You will join a recently established function in the Legal Department dedicated to enhancing and improving the internal ways of working, e.g. through the use of the latest technology. In a department of almost only lawyers, you will add significant capabilities and value to the team, assume a high degree of responsibility, and experience a dynamic international environment” says Head of Legal Operations, Kasper Riis Hansen.

How you will make an impact?

The position is based in Arla's corporate headquarter in Viby outside Aarhus, Denmark. We are looking for an intern to support the department in a variety of tasks and assignments related to the way we work and deliver our services to the business. Depending on your profile and qualifications, you will to a certain degree be able to influence the content and nature of the position.

Your outlined responsibilities could include:

• Drive and support the continued development of collaboration, knowledge sharing, process optimization within the legal department and ensure a culture of continuous improvement
• Facilitate change management
• Implement updates or new features to our Document Management or Legal Enterprise Management Systems
• Support and promote best-practice usage of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the Legal department
• Support data generation and reporting for informed decision-making
