IT Project Manager - Viby

As an experienced IT Project Manager you will join our ASC team (Agriculture, Sustainability and Communications) and lead projects related to our Digital Farm initiative.

How you will make an impact

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals in agriculture and sustainability. As a forward-thinking leader you will drive technological advancements using Agile methodologies supporting our commitment to sustainable farming.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead and manage IT projects within the Digital Farm initiative, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and solutions that support agricultural sustainability.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure the integration and optimization of digital tools and systems in farming operations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate training and support for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

The position is based in Aarhus Viby.

What will make you successful?

With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, you have built a solid foundation for managing IT projects. Your experience as an IT Project Manager enables you to leverage Agile methodologies effectively in project management. You utilize your excellent project management skills and familiarity with various tools and methodologies to drive success.

Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures alignment and clarity across all parties involved. You will also bring experience in managing budgets and project resources efficiently.

Naturally, you speak and write English effortlessly.
