IT Problem Manager - Viby

Would you like to strengthen and develop our IT Operations and be gatekeeper for our great stability? We are scouting for an IT Problem Manager who can help secure efficient and reliable IT services. You will join the Infrastructure Services team in Arla IT in Viby J, Aarhus and becomes a part of a great team with presence in DK, PL, UK, DE . We operate globally in a complex IT environment with a large SAP landscape and with an IT infrastructure based on technologies like Windows, Unix, Cisco, Exchange, DB2, WMware, etc. both with services from On Prem and Cloud datacenters.

 

Committed and quality-minded trouble-shooter

We are continuously working towards reducing incidents and breakdowns within our IT operations. Therefore, we are looking for you being a sharp analytic IT Problem Manager focusing on the problem and keeping momentum until you are certain we have located the actual underlying cause of the disruption. You also keep a diligent eye on ensuring that identified actions, to prevent recurrence of the incident, are documented and handled until closure. In some situations you will head these preventive actions through a task force together with the subject matter experts both internally and externally in Arla. For these assignments you will be given a great mandate at all Arla IT suppliers, to ensure that stability is regained urgently. You can look forward to a job with great possibilities to make your influence felt under differing conditions and to build a broad contact within Arla and also with Arla suppliers.

 

Experienced Problem Manager with good communication skills

You have a relevant theoretical background. This could be ITIL, Kepner + Tregoe or Prince2 certifications. You are experienced in general IT infrastructure and perhaps also in SAP landscape. You probably have acquired your knowledge from a large operational setting, and you have already proven that you are able to head a team of colleagues, assuming a powerful and decisive approach.

You know how to communicate in written and spoken English. Your communication skills also include ability to differentiate the message to support our stakeholders that being management, technicians or Arla business.

 

Additionally, you are characterized as a service-minded person able to make yourself heard, understood and respected by suppliers and co-workers. You are motivated by teamwork and the ability to make a big difference on the stability of our systems. Your interpersonal skills and high level of flexibility make you a popular and trusted colleague, and you know how to build professional relations to the business and suppliers. If you are prepared for change and challenge, and have a keen analytical eye, you could be our new colleague.
