IT Business Partner for International - Aarhus

How you will make an impact

Arla International consist of our growth markets all over the world, varying in size and spreading over many different cultures. You will as IT Business Partner in close collaboration with Arla International bring the best of Arla’s existing digital solutions to support Arla’s growth markets.

To be successful in this job you will make sure to represent IT in business matters but also the business in all IT matters. Thus, you will be the interface between our Arla International business and IT. You will be responsible for facilitating the demands of IT requests and support the development and maintenance of the IT roadmap in collaboration with Arla Internationals’ Product Manager and in alignment with Arla International and Arla IT’s strategies

Further, the role’s responsibility will include: 

• Bring the best of Arla’s existing digital solutions to Arla International for utilization in Arla’s growth markets
• Inspire Arla International with IT trends and potential new technologies In collaboration with Enterprise- and Solution Architects
• Manage the project portfolio for Arla International, including staffing, execution and handover to IT Operations
• Communicate IT concepts and help Arla International to navigate in Arla IT’s governance model to enable solid decisions and efficient collaboration on IT topics 
   

What will make you successful
Your strong stakeholder management skills have been developed through your experience from working in a multicultural and global environment as an IT Business Partner, Consultant or similar. You possess the ability to bring into play, communicate and explain IT concepts (e.g. services, investments, and new trends) and their link to business objectives. 

The IT business partner does not have direct people responsibilities, but is key to ensure collaboration across teams and be able to bring teams together to achieve common goals in the best way, so it is important that you have years of experience and feel comfortable managing teams with strong conflict-handling and decision-making capabilities.
