HR Project Manager to our Europe Zone - Aarhus

If so, the position as HR Project Manager in our Europe Zone could be yours for the next year The position is a unique opportunity to get to play a key role in business projects and initiatives on a European level. The role is ideally based at our HQ in Aarhus, Denmark, but you will work closely with colleagues across various country locations.

 

In this role you will be a key player in leading and implementing HR and business projects across the Commercial organisation in Europe Zone. In this context, you will lead project workstreams supporting our Future26 strategy in close collaboration with European business and HR stakeholders.

 

Business-oriented Project & Change Management

 

Reporting to the Head of EU HR, you will be part of an HR Business Partnering organisation, whose finest task is to enable the sustainable commercial performance of the organisation.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead Business Change Management for selected cross-country initiatives
  • Overseeing project plans and ensure relevant business and HR angles are reflected
  • Responsible for planning and delivery of HR-related activities in selected projects
  • Close collaboration with the commercial business and HR community on deliverables
  • Stakeholder management and communication activities
  • End-to-end planning and implementation of HR workstreams in cross-country projects.

 

Solid HR knowledge and strong interpersonal skills

 

You hold a Master’s degree within business, HRM or an equivalent discipline, and you have 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.  You have a proven experience as Project or Change Manager and ideally you have experience from a matrix organisation working with Business Partnering and with stakeholders from across the HR community.

 

Besides your empathetic personality you have a lot of drive and energy and a proven track record of creating results. You have the skills to be a strong project lead, ensuring solid and timely execution on projects with many different stakeholders. You are structured, action oriented and able to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions – and you love to do this in collaboration with colleagues.

 

You thrive in a busy environment with a lot of challenge and varying tasks. You have a keen interest for organisation, business and people, and you are able to build strong and trusted relations with many stakeholders – and you are not afraid to take a stand.
