HR Consultant, Employee Relations

The job


In this role, you will be part of the Employee Relations team within Global HR. We are process owners for Employee Relations globally in Arla Foods, and daily responsible for interpretation of agreements and regulations in Denmark. We handle Arla Foods’ relations with employee representatives, trade unions and employers’ associations, and we take pride in doing this.


As HR Consultant you will be process owner for contracting and super user in DocuSign where all Danish employment contracts are made, processed and signed. Your prime objective is to ensure timely and top quality completion of Danish employment contracts. Furthermore you liaise with colleagues in Talent Acquisition and Global Rewards to ensure that contract templates are up to date, compliant and used. If time permits, you will get the opportunity to gradually build up knowledge about our extensive use of collective agreements in Denmark. The job is based at our HQ in Aarhus.


You are

You have a Danish legal degree eg cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur. – maybe you are a recent graduate or maybe you already have some years of experience.


Your attitude is welcoming and inspires confidence, and to top it off, you are an outstanding communicator who thrives on working together with a wide variety of colleagues, managers and other stakeholders. It goes without saying that your analytical skills are above average and that you have a structured work approach to ensure all details are in place. As you will be working in a global organisation, you must be proficient in English both verbally and in writing.
