HR Business Partner

 

Are you ready to work with strategic as well as operational HR together with dedicated colleagues who support our sales, marketing and top management in Arla Denmark? Can you provide relevant sparring to managers and support the further development of a professional and coherent organisation? If so, we have just the job for you as HR Business Partner in Arla Denmark!

 

You will have a significant impact on performance and be responsible for HR activities across the Arla Denmark organisation. You will become an integral part of the Sales and Marketing leadership teams working towards the Danish market, and furthermore you will have frequent collaboration with HR colleagues from the other European markets on various cross border collaborations. You will advise and take the lead on initiatives to enhance leadership, competency and organisational development to ensure the best possible performance in order to achieve our business strategic ambitions. The position reports to the HR Director for Arla DK and the global organisation MICS (Marketing, Innovation, Communication & Sustainability).

 

The role as HRBP

You will provide professional HR support and sparring to the leadership team, playing a key role in supporting them in implementing the overall business strategy as well as in the day-to-day operations. This includes development of managerial staff, change management, consultative and coaching activities for managers on an individual level.

 

Via strong partnership with your HRBP colleagues in the other countries, you are accountable for aligning HR initiatives with Arla’s strategies, policies and processes. It is also part of your job to ensure that the key HR processes and corporate initiatives are implemented and anchored throughout the Danish organisation.

 

This job will give you a unique opportunity to shape your own job and be a strong representative for the HR function in a very commercial environment while creating a solid network in Arla Foods. 

 

You as candidate

You have a relevant educational background combined with solid experience in developing organisations and managers. Your experience comes from working as HRBP, consultant or line manager in an international company, and your HR toolbox is strong and updated. Irrespective of your background, you need keen consultative and communicative capabilities enabling you to balance between challenging and supporting line managers.  

 

You have an energetic and independent personality and use your structured working methods to achieve your and the department’s goals.  Maintaining and amplifying your relations comes naturally to you, and you know that the best results are reached in cooperation with others. 

You should be fluent in Danish and English.
