You will be part of our Global Rewards Centre of Excellence. We are an ambitious team of passionate specialists, known for delivering high-end Reward, Performance and Mobility solutions and services. We serve the global organization within reward advisory, processes and supporting data and benchmarking. The position reports to the Head of Global Rewards, and you are located in our Head Quarter in Viby/Aarhus.
How you will make an impact
As a Senior Global Rewards Manager, you will play a central role in enhancing our rewards initiatives at Arla. This senior position involves collaborating closely with executive stakeholders, ensuring that you are a trusted advisor on key rewards matters such as compensation structures, benefits optimization, and performance incentives. You will spearhead global rewards processes and lead high-impact projects that align with our strategic goals, making a significant contribution to our global success.
More specifically, you will:
- Serve as the Executive Rewards Partner, managing grading and remuneration principles for senior positions
- Prepare salary proposals and contractual amendments for senior-level candidates
- Lead global rewards projects and drive the implementation of HR processes and policies
- Functionally own global insured benefits, managing dialogue with external partners
- Solve complex problems with broad impact and provide expert advisory to senior executive stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex information into clear messages
- Support the Head of Global Rewards on all matters concerning the Board of Directors’ Remuneration Committee and the Group Remuneration Committee

Furthermore, you:
- Hold a Master Degree within Finance, Business or HR
- Bring several years of relevant experience working within the rewards discipline
- Have experience working with senior stakeholders
- Possess strong change management and stakeholder skills
- Are able to mitigate “off policy” issues and always seek results that accommodate the business needs balanced with compliance/governance requirements
- Hold strong analytical and number skills and excel in PowerPoint and Excel

Educational background
- Advanced expertise (minimum 6-7 years) within HR or a related professional discipline
