Global Product Coordinator - Aarhus

In Global Product Management we have strong growth ambitions and are constantly optimising our product platform in order to satisfy the market needs. This is where your product management skills become crucial.

Product and packaging activities

For our team of Product Coordinators in Global Product Management, we are looking for a Global Product Coordinator. Our team of 20 skilled and engaged employees are coordinating the launch of new products and changes to existing products for our Danish dairies.

You will be expected to:

• Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver projects and changes according to agreed requirements and timelines.
• Be accountable for Global Product Master Data in relation to creation, changes and delists of item numbers and packaging materials in Global Systems (3DX and SAP)
• Coordinate the approval process on artworks including technical approval
• Handle requests and provide product knowledge/expertise to colleagues across the business
• Proactively collect and use knowledge on products and packaging
• Ad hoc participation in projects

You will be coordinating a high volume of activities and work with a broad range of contacts, including markets, dairies and suppliers. Your well organized waorking style, timely delivery and accuracy guarantee a high degree of stakeholder satisfaction. You will be a central figure and can relish having great colleagues in a successful and ambitious environment.

Flair for details and good cooperating skills

You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent. Alternatively, you have solid, all-round office skills developed through several years of working within product management in a similar company. Ideally, you also have insight into the FMCG industry and are ready for a job in a large product management department. Your new work place will be in Aarhus.

We are looking for a candidate with a coordination gene combined with a flair for detail. You are able to keep an overview in a hectic day, and you are comfortable working both independently and with others. Your ability to make the right priorities is excellent, and you never compromise on quality and timely delivery, even when the pace is high and deadlines are looming. English proficiency is a must just as good cooperating skills.
