HR consultant for Global Mobility, Arla, Aarhus

Are you passionate about new ways of working in an ever-changing world – and have a keen interest growing your career in a great international company committed to securing the future of sustainable dairy, then keep reading.

Our Global Mobility & Travel function consist of a small but mighty team – and we want you to be part of it! In our team nothing is too big, and only very few matters too small. We spend every day supporting our awesome colleagues based all over the world with all things concerning cross border setups.

As part of our team and as a trusted partner to the business and the employees and families whose assignment you are responsible for, you will get a highly dynamic work life. Together with our team you will juggle multiple tasks, including:

  • conducting risk assessments and ensure legal compliance in an ever changing world,
  • drafting contracts for expats and commuters,
  • liaising with our suppliers supporting our assignees and their families,
  • building strong ties with our stakeholders and drive the mobility agenda
  • administration and coordination

With your initiative mindset and eagerness to enable and support our stakeholders, assignees and the business, you will help optimize and streamline our function, deep-dive into various mobility areas and take responsibility for getting things done.

Your background and experience

We do not care much about your background, (bad) habits or if your diploma comes from a big university, business school or something else. Instead we will be huge fans of your “yes-we-can” attitude and solution-orientated way of working, your amazing communication skills, and your ability to carry the ball across the finish line while juggling a few other balls around you.

We salute you for being you, whether you are fresh out of school with a great wish to grow your career within HR and the Global Mobility area, have gained experience as advisor for a consultancy or law firm, or worked a life time as mobility specialist. We admit it is a great plus if you have experience – or just a great interest – working with tax law and cross border legal compliance. However, we are good at what we do, and if you are eager to learn and grow and thrive in an ambitious yet fun team, we are confident we can teach you everything you need to know to become a success in Arla’s global HR department.

Oh, we forgot to mention that..

… we are a farmer-owned international company with 19,000+ colleagues operating all over the world, with a vision of “creating the future of diary to bring health and inspiration to the world, naturally”. We think that is a pretty cool vision.

Don’t ignore this opportunity

But send us your application as soon as you can – we are eager to learn more about you. And don’t be afraid to share this with friends and colleagues. For additional information, you are welcome to contact Head of Global Mobility Inneke Padilla Wolthoorn at
