You deliver the insights that create a competitive edge

Your focus is to deliver a deep understanding of the consumers that will enable us to hit bull’s eye with our products, brands and marketing initiatives. A vital part of your tasks is to deliver effective decision-making input to your colleagues – from start up to conclusions and recommendations. As a strong business partner, your area of responsibility will be a mix of partnering for a global brand team and selected local marketing teams.

In detail, you will:

• Identify and leverage consumer insights, trends and foresights
• Plan and project manage market research projects
• Support and advise marketing teams as the guardian of the “consumer truth”
• Support and advise innovation teams with consumer insights
• Leverage multiple sources to create a deep category and consumer understanding

It will also be your job to contribute to the design and development of internal methodologies – best practice, tools and systems – as well as contribute to the preferred supplier set up.

Solid knowledge within consumer and shopper insights

You have a degree within marketing or business and some years’ experience working with consumer and shopper insights. As such, you are capable of turning huge amounts of data as well as deep consumer and shopper understanding into marketing adaptable knowledge.

On the personal level you have a truly global mind-set and the communication skills and cross-cultural understanding to set direction and build positive relations. In addition, excellent stakeholder management skills are vital for your success as you will be working across our marketing organisation.
