How you will make an impact
Reporting to the Director of Health from Within, you play a critical role in building our growth territory and the brands within them. You will have the opportunity to be part of creating the exciting journey of Arla LactoFREE, which continues on an awesome trajectory. You will also have the opportunity to be part of creating a new powerhouse of the Arla brand in gut health with Arla Cultura that has just launched into new markets in Europe.
More specifically, you will:
- Drive brands within this growth territory with your team, developing the right portfolio including renovation as needed and focus on portfolio scale
- Evolve the communication and media strategy and develop and deliver the toolkits for both brands
- Commercially develop a strong P&L including monthly financial performance tracking
- Part of driving our global governance model, fostering strong communication, leadership and contracting on expectations with different stakeholders
What will make you successful
You know brands, have a passion for them and how to creatively develop them for growth. You are adept at using your creative flair to influence shopper and consumer behaviour. You are a great collaborator, knowing how to bring people along on the journey building strong relationships and networks. You have a strong commercial background and are focused on how to grow a brand to drive growth, P&L, scale and equity. Besides this, you:
- Have experience and a passion for working with brands – thinking both shopper, consumer, customer/channel and category
- Have knowledge of consumer insights and brand levers – penetration, packs per trip, frequency etc.
- Have a minimum of 3 years working on FMCG/branded products
- Have strong project management skills
- Have experience working with agencies and communications
- Have a strong commercial background
- Are a great collaborator and have experience of building strong relationships
- Are fluent in English
For this role, you can be based in any of our European markets; Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands or UK. Due to Brexit implications, we are, however, restricted on what is possible for candidates that are UK based.
You should expect travel activities corresponding to approximately 6 times a month across Europe (if you are based in Viby Denmark, travel will be less) and otherwise work from home or utilize our offices in one of our European markets. Travel requirements will vary through the year.
