The Arla Protein brand is one of Arla’s fastest growing brands and is expanding into new markets across the world, launching attention grabbing communication and launching products across categories.
How you will make an impact
Reporting to the Director of Arla Protein, you will be a key player in growing our brand, which is already valued at over 133 million Euros and expanding by 31%. You will work closely with your team and collaborate across markets to develop exciting ideas for both the Arla Protein and Melkunie Protein brands, which are set for big growth in the coming years.
In this role, you will team up with our Senior Innovation Manager and Innovation Manager to drive creative innovation. You will help take Arla Protein to new heights as our go-to brand for naturally functional performance products, exploring new opportunities across various categories.
More specifically, you will:
- Be part of driving innovation with the rest of the innovation team, developing the right portfolio for the brand, focusing on big scalable innovations across market
- Have end-to-end ownership of projects - from concept development to product development (in collaboration with the product development team)
- Secure approval through the Arla innovation gate process with markets buy in and ultimately handover to the local/brand organization
- Ensure company compliance to policies and processes, making sure that procedures are in place, understood and adopted
- Be part of driving global ways of working governance model with single point of contact for markets, fostering strong communication and contracting on expectations with different stakeholders
What will make you successful
You have a passion for using your creative flair to influence shopper and consumer behaviour through innovation. You are great at managing projects or have proven skills in organizing tasks, which can help you excel in executing tasks effectively. You are a good collaborator, knowing how to bring people along on the journey and building strong relationships.
Besides this, you:
- Have a commercial background within business, marketing or similar
- Have some experience working as a student worker or intern, preferably within the food & beverage industry and/or with agencies
- Have a passion for innovation and a commercial mindset – thinking both shopper, consumer, customer/channel and category
- Are based in Denmark and able to be in our office in Viby 3+ days a week.
- Are fluent in English
