Global Advisory Lead

Do you have what it takes to build up a new global advisory service for 10,000 farmers across 7 countries in Europe?

About the job

As our new advisory lead, you will join our Farm Performance Program with 25+ colleagues based in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and England. Here, you will collaborate with specialists within dairy and sustainability in its broadest sense.

 

Your job will be to take the lead on establishing our new global advisory service, ensuring that all our farmers get the same professional advising across borders.

 

Driving the alignment across all countries, you will:

  • Develop, update and implement the strategy for the new advisory service set-up
  • Ensure that the set-up is designed for continuous development and improvement both on a strategic level and on individual advisor level
  • Keep the overview of all farm advisory offers in our 7 European countries and keep track of KPIs
  • Reach out to new external partners who would benefit from becoming part of Arla’s advisory service set-up – and also reach out to existing ones to onboard them in the new strategy
  • Make sure that the advisory concepts are developed and kept up to date
  • Ensure that all advisors have the needed competencies to deliver high-class advisory services

 

Who are you?

With your great communication skills, you are able to present ideas and strategies to new and existing advisors, our management and other stakeholders to make sure we are all on the same page. Moreover, you:

  • Bring solid experience developing and working with advisory services – preferably within an international setting
  • Possess agricultural management skills and an understanding of dairy farming business – such as the daily life and practicalities on a farm
  • Understand the underlying needs for advisory services in order to shape the advisory services accordingly
  • Have the ability to work in a highly international environment
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
