Finance Business Partner - The Barn, Viby

As Finance Business Partner for the Barn, you will be the “CFO” of Arla’s in-house agency. Established just a few years ago, the Barn has grown almost into a business of its own. The Barn produces content for most of our brands and today is an organization of almost 70 people with a P&L of more than 10 M EUR. Being a new and entrepreneurial part of Arla, you need to thrive in an environment with fast pace and not having everything in place. In fact, a big part of the job is about developing processes and setting structures, and making sure that we are fit for the future. Digital is an important part of Future26, and here you get the chance to be at the forefront of digital.

 

You will also be working closely with the rest of the Marketing & Innovation finance team, consisting of 8 FTE’s sitting in the head office in Viby, Denmark. You work together with the Senior Finance Business Partner for Marketing Excellence and drive the marketing finance agenda. The role reports to the Head of M&I Finance and is a part of the wider Business Partner function.

 

In the role as a Finance Business Partner for the Barn you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a strong financial foundation in the Barn
  • Delivering excellent Business Partnering towards the Barn Leadership Team
  • Driving performance management and delivering key insights to support the right priorities within the Barn
  • Co-driving the Marketing direction setting and allocation process towards brands and functions
  • Co-lead the efficiency agenda across M&I to support Arla’s Future26 strategy

 

Who are you?

You are a profile who claims responsibility for delivering performance evaluation and key insights to impact your stakeholders to make the right decisions. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You will get to use your excellent analytical and people skills, as you will be involved in complex projects across M&I and the barn. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of experience within finance ideally from a FMCG business
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Power-Point skills – Power BI is a plus but not a requirement
  • Solid financial and business analytical skills
  • Work and make decisions independently based on data-driven analysis as well as strategic views
  • SAP and BW experience is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
