Finance Analyst, Reporting and Performance Management - Aarhus

About the job

In this interesting role you have a great chance to be exposed to all regions and markets across International where you will get a sense of Arla’s truly global reach and business. Based in Aarhus, Denmark and reporting to the Vice President of International Finance, you will become part of a dynamic and international finance team. Your main responsibility will be to secure a relevant, accurate and timely reporting to multiple management teams within International. Furthermore, you will support the performance management agenda which is at the heart of finance in Arla Foods. More specifically, you will:

 

  • Perform ongoing reporting on sales, cost, currency exposure, working capital etc.
  • Continuously develop the International reporting setup to support decision-making at all levels in the organisation
  • Streamline and optimise availability of reporting through Power BI supported by effective back-end processes (e.g. robotics, corporation with Global Shared Services etc.)
  • Co-drive development, implementation and maintenance of KPIs and secure KPI compliance in close corporation with our Group reporting function and other reporting functions in Arla Foods
  • Participate in specific reporting-related initiatives within the finance area in close collaboration with International’s six business regions
  • Prioritise and facilitate BI requests from across International towards Analytics Power House (internal centre of excellence) while securing implementation and value creation of these on zone, region and market level
  • Support the performance management agenda around monthly closing, forecasting, cost management, annual target setting etc.

 

About you

You have a Master in Finance combined with a couple of years of experience from a finance role. Or you have just graduated and are ready for your first full-time position. Most important is that you are a quick learner and that you are willing to move fast. As you will be working with a number of different stakeholders, you need to have a strong cooperative nature and an appetite on working in an international business environment. Furthermore, you are always willing to take up news tasks – from complex ones to very hands-on day-to-day tasks. As a true relationship builder you are capable of balancing networking with a clear focus on execution and progress on our operational agendas. And not least, you have a firm systems toolbox with outstanding skills in Excel and BI systems and potentially Power BI.
