Join us in co-driving the performance management agenda in our vibrant Supply Chain Finance team. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing transparency and boost performance across Arla's global Supply Chain. You will become a vital part of our Performance Management team in our headquarters in Viby, Denmark.
 

How you will make an impact

• Take the Lead in Forecasting: You'll be at the forefront, driving and managing our forecast process.
• Efficiency at its Best: Ensure robust governance and insights of our efficiency agenda.
• Holistic Performance Analysis: Consolidate, review, and analyze monthly forecasts and prepare comprehensive performance material to the Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams to support strategic priorities and KPIs through data-driven analysis and actions.
• Influential Insights: Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and projects, offering insightful recommendations to senior management within Supply Chain.
• Teamwork Matters: Work closely with finance colleagues in Performance Management and Reporting, as well as the Head of Supply Chain Performance Management.

What will make you successful

Your educational background is in Finance or a Supply Chain-related field, such as Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a Master's degree. We're eager to interview candidates with diverse experiences, and we'll tailor your responsibilities accordingly. Any prior experience in performance management, financial controlling, financial planning, or similar roles is a definite advantage.
