Digital Marketing Analyst

Then you might be the Analyst we are looking for in Arla’s in-house digital agency, The Barn.

“In this position, you’re the expert in charge of driving a data-first mindset in The Barn. You will play a key role in strengthening our data agenda across all our activations, comms and media executions,” explains Global Head of Tech & Data, Rasmus Friis.

You will be part of the Tech & Data team where you will be working closely with a great mix of digital marketing specialists within technology, search, web and data.

About the job

You will be the primary driver of delivering analysis and insights that will influence decision making in The Barn. You’ll be expected to analyze multiple sources of data, derive actionable insights and translate complex results or algorithms into simple conclusions and present them to the rest of The Barn and all our marketers.

In short, you’ll play a key role in bringing data and insights to the forefront of everything we do in The Barn. More specifically, your responsibility will include the following:

  • Be the digital analytics and insights champion in The Barn and continuously improve our analytics and insights setup to drive excellence in outcomes and improved business performance.
  • Continuously analyze multiple sources of data, eg search console, social listening, web analytics, etc. to understand what motivates consumers, triggers their needs and drives their food habits
  • Identify key insights and bring them into campaign planning, creative workshops, service development, media planning, etc.
  • Showcase your findings in compelling presentations to stakeholders
  • Support data and insight requests from marketers and other stakeholders
  • Support upskilling of internal data understanding and embed data-first mindset across Arla.

Who are you?

You are an effective communicator and able to bring a strong voice of the consumer into the business that helps improve Arla’s brand and commercial performance.

You are data-driven by heart and passionate about the opportunities of digital data. Furthermore, you have a relentless curiosity for using data to understand consumer behaviour, trends and patterns.

In addition, you have:

  • Highly developed analytical skills – also backed by a university degree
  • Solid marketing experience – preferably within digital marketing, consumer insights or research field
  • Great presentation and visualization skills
  • Strong English skills – verbally and in writing
  • Experience with working with a brand in the food/beverage category is an advantage
