Customer Marketing Manager Data - Aarhus

 Do you want to take up a role as an ‘enabler’ of Arla DK´s Customer Marketing Team? As our data cruncher and -expert, you support your colleagues in Retail and Foodservice to make sure Arla DK wins in a market of fierce competition.

 

This is your chance to step into an essential role within a global FMCG market leader. As Customer Category Manager with focus on data, you proactively challenge our way of working with data in order to optimise sales based on customer, shopper and end user insights. You will support the Customer Marketing Team with data analysis and reporting tasks that in the end of the day secure that Arla DK remains a preferred business partner to our accounts.

 

About the job 

In Viby, Aarhus, you join a team of specialists who work with category, channel, shopper and customer development in Retail and Foodservice. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Support development of new reporting structure incl. market shares and optimal use of different Power-BI tools
  • Responsible for monthly data validation in Power-BI, and that new reports are scoped and processed
  • Ensure data processes in Customer Marketing are aligned and optimized as much as possible
  • Explore the opportunity of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for optimization of data use
  • Support Customer Marketing and Sales in general in Excel and Power BI understanding and use.
  • Support the creation of an internal data base for store master data to be used in different data models

 

Who are you? 

The right candidate for this position holds a master level degree in business, IT or similar, has a strong commercial mindset and may have acquired experience from FMCG. If not, you take a strong interest in learning. You must demonstrate excellent data understanding and -skills including the ability to automate reporting processes from different data sources.

 

You are pragmatic and creative when it comes to using data and insights, and your analytical skills enable you to make clear and precise conclusions based on multiple data sources. We value if you have an open, positive attitude and find it easy and fun to communicate and cooperate with colleagues in a multi-stakeholder environment. To have success in this position you need to be able to communicate fluently in English and Danish. 

 

We are looking for super users of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PPT (for reporting)) and Power BI. Further, it is advantage to be familiar with Nielsen, GfK, Dunnhumby, retailer POS data and Catman, and to have experience with Machine Learning and AI.
