In this role, you will combine deep insights into supply chain execution with an architect's understanding of how a modern IT landscape can enable flawless execution.

We have an ambitious supply chain digitalization strategy where the opportunities of tomorrow’s technology advancements are factored into the designs and execution through 3 lenses – a paperless shopfloor execution, a seamless blend of human workforce and robot augmentation using advanced technologies, and a data led decision mindset driving actions through pursuing a refined understanding of digital twin concepts and normalized data and a site data gateway connecting sites to a global datahub. All aimed at supporting a very complex value chain. In everything we do and design in our supply chain, the sustainability ambition and relentless search for initiatives and insights that reduce carbon emissions is always present, also in this role.

Drive Arla’s global IT platforms for the Supply chain digitalization

You are a Supply Chain business- and IT architect at heart but also a very impactful communicator thriving in the senior stakeholders dialogue exhibiting great listening skills. You proactively identify and facilitate platform selections suitable for supporting a continued digitalization of Arla’s supply chain where you will work closely together with the release train architects and the supply chain organization. Having the IIOT abbreviation in the title is a clear sign that you also master the Production IT domain and OT topics, more than the ERP side of supply chain. Aside from this, you provide EA services, such as inspiring management teams across our organization of future opportunities of leveraging technologies. This you will do in close collaboration with two additional Supply Chain enterprise architects and our IT business partners. Additionally you will work closely with the Director IT SC Solutions to drive strategic  alignment. Look forward to an exciting position where you will get to know the ins and outs of Arla’s IT landscape and supply chain ambitions and help defining a continued strong direction.

Chief enterprise architect with business sense and communication skills

As chief enterprise architect it is imperative that you have a strong business sense and strong skills creating and communicating strategic architectural direction for a supply chain organization. Preferably, your experience derives from a global organisation in the FMCG industry that has moved ahead on the IIOT agenda and advanced analytics ambitions. SAP is a vital part of the supply chain landscape so an understanding of the link between the ERP world and IIOT data landscape is required, but deep SAP skills are less needed since this is covered in full by other enterprise architect colleagues. You are a skilled decision maker and a good listener who is capable of seeing matters from your stakeholder’s point of view and you fit well with a small EA team of 8 dedicated enterprise architects. You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
