About the job

 

The Foodservice marketing team is part of Arla Denmark and is responsible for branding and selling Arla’s portfolio of brands to the professional kitchens (B2B). Our customers are the food and beverage wholesalers, who deliver to our end-users, the passionate chefs of canteens, hospitals, restaurants, hotels and cafes.

 

In the team we work to strengthen Arla Pro as a market-leading brand among professional customers, in close collaboration with colleagues in sales and other local and global functions.

 

You will join a Foodservice marketing team of 7, and will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts towards our two very important channels Education, Offices and Canteens (EOC) & Health & Care. The role is reporting directly to the head of Foodservice Marketing. This role is a 12-month maternity cover.

 

 

Among a lot of things you will be driving the organic, Lactofree & plant-based agenda and will be building our innovation pipeline; executing communication on different platforms across your channels in corporation with the dedicated sales team and in line with our overall business plan strategy.

 

More specifically, you:

 

Act as specialist in your channels and communicate to the B2B segment by creating interest and demand for our products and concepts through various activities and communication platforms (eg. paid media, marketing automation flows, newsletters, magazines, wholesalers campaigns and PR)

 

  • Ensures the right tone of voice in communication based on our brand guidelines
  • Will be the point of contact to our retail business unit and ensure synergies across our businesses  
  • Drive relevant inspiration material to our end-customers in order to stay relevant and adding value to our customers business based on our wide portfolio and knowledge

 

Who are you?

 

Collaboration is imperative as you will work closely with colleagues across Arla Denmark, the Arla Group and with customers to understand their needs in order to drive our business and channels.

 

Open minded and creative, you are eager to learn and develop, and take on the challenges of driving projects and pushing the conventional thinking in the team. You are analytical and understand how to turn data into insights and execute on them.

 

Furthermore, you:

 

  • Hold a master’s degree in marketing or similar
  • Have solid Foodservice or FMCG experience and a true passion for food
  • Have a strong digital understanding and toolbox
  • Have solid knowledge of and experience with B2B strategy development and execution
  • Can turn data into insights and act on the insights
  • Know how to run product innovation pipeline
  • Have a good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

 

As you will focus on the Danish market, you are fluent in Danish, and as English is our company language so we expect you to be fluent in English as well.
