How you will make an impact

Nurture impactful growth – and shape strategic impact. This position offers the opportunity to become part of our team of Business Developers and Strategists, working closely to drive future growth and business excellence at Arla Foods Ingredients. As an independent company within the Arla Foods Group, we live for innovation to maintain the position as the global leader in value-added milk-based ingredients. You will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives and shaping the company's future. This position is located in Aarhus, Denmark.

You will engage in projects that span the entire value chain conducting analyses and assessing opportunities that can advance our business in new markets and partnerships while influencing strategic decisions. Your role will involve:

• Collaborating on strategy development for Arla Foods Ingredients contributing to shaping the company’s direction and future
• Participating in the evaluation of new initiatives, conducting market analyses, and assisting in the creation of business plans
• Supporting the execution of strategic projects, including partnerships and joint ventures with a long term impact
• Assisting in the creation of business cases and investment proposals, and preparing strategic materials for meetings and presentations

As you gain experience and insight into our business, you will grow into a more independent contributor in developing and validating strategic opportunities.

What will make you successful

We are looking for a new colleague who can tick the below boxes:

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. This could be your first role after graduation, or you could bring a few years of relevant experience within business development/consultancy – we will scope the role accordingly
• Exceptional analytical skills and a natural curiosity to explore unknown ground
• A strong interest in building rewarding relationships and challenging the status quo
• Ability to condense complex information into clear, high-quality decision proposals
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction across various stakeholders and levels within a global setup
