Business Change Manager

BAESS (Business Automation and Self-service) is an Agile Release Train within Arla IT Solutions responsible for the development of applications and services used in HR, Finance and Legal. Our main focus is to create value-based and “Loveable” (user-friendly) solutions for the business units through digitalization. “OneTimeTrack” is one of our initiatives (EPIC) supporting tracking of time in production and logistics in several countries and for this initiative we are looking for a Business Change Manager.


Would you like to be part of this exciting journey and can you take the lead by using your change management experience, business acumen and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills? If so, you are already well on your way towards your new job as Business Change Manager (BCM) in Arla IT Solutions, based in Aarhus.

We work according to the Agile Principles using the SAFe Framework. The self-governed teams are responsible for designing, building, and delivering full solutions that include IT systems, business process and usability improvements as well as organizational implementation and change management efforts. As our new BCM, you will be part of the management team of the agile teams.

Plan and drive change

A vital key to success is your ability to lead and drive the change management effort across the programme through professional change management execution at leadership team level, in the line organization as well as in the specific projects and in a close and inspiring cooperation with Product Owner (PO), UX-specialist and Product Manager (PM).


In overview your primary tasks will be to:


  • Lead the change management planning and execution across the “OneTimeTrack” EPIC in close cooperation with the PO, UX and PM and the Business Owners
  • Create and execute a communication strategy and ensure that we are communicating in an efficient manner to our stakeholders at all levels
  • Initiate and drive change management plans with clearly defined requirements and deliverables
  • Coach and support the BCM team as well as members of the line organization and their leadership teams
  • Ensure development of appropriate training and knowledge transfer for all key stakeholders
  • Analyse and assess the scope for change at the project/EPIC level
  • Support other EPICs in the BAESS train in terms of BCM activities


Who are we looking for?


You are a change management professional with strong leadership, communication and cooperation skills and you have a tool box and proven track record in executing and delivering impactful plans and activities at all levels in the organisation.

You are ready to take the next step in your career . You have  some years of experience from driving Business Change Management activities, and you are familiar with the ADKAR change model. You are fully capable of ensuring a strong focus on planning, the right coordination, genuine change leadership, relevant training and excellent stakeholder management. In addition, you know your way around an organisation. You are an expert in addressing organisational, tactical, strategic & executive level in the organisation taking also country and organisational cultural specific conditions into consideration.


On the personal level you bring strong leadership qualities, you are a team player and  the combination of your business knowledge and communication skills enables you to explain complex material in a logical, easily understandable and respectful way.

As we work with global solutions and with a global team you are fluent in both written and spoken English and should expect some travel days.

Experience with the Agile Methodology/SAFe Framework is an advantage.
