  • Facilitate stakeholder mapping, communication- and engagement plans towards different levels of stakeholders as well as executing on some of these plans.
  • Support teams in training of colleagues in Arla Logistics on how to work with our new solutions and ensure that they are well prepared for the change ahead of them.
  • Create and publish information towards different target groups using multiple channels.
  • Define value, track progress of change and anchoring of new ways of working e.g. via adoptions surveys.
  • Support and build continuous improvement initiatives to develop and mature ways of working with BCM in Logistics ART and across ARTs in Arla IT.
