How you will make an impact
You will combine stakeholder-facing business partnering with hands-on BI solutioning. As part of Arla Foods Ingredients´ IT’s Data & Analytics team, you’ll build strong relationships, shape governance, and design data solutions that enable data-driven decisions across Arla Foods Ingredients’s value chain. In this role, you can look forward to

• Act as BI Business Partner for the Commercial Department, translating needs into measurable BI initiatives
• Define and implement processes, roles, and governance for the BI Business Partner model (handover patterns, data ownership, operating rhythms)
• Build 1-3 year BI roadmaps and prioritize development based on business impact and capacity
• Design end-to-end data solutions (requirements, data models, semantic layers, visualizations) and deliver rapid proof-of-concepts
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions; track and communicate value, performance, and adoption metrics for the BI portfolio

This role sits in AFI IT’s Data & Analytics team, working closely with central IT and Analytics to ensure production-ready solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. The role is based in our global headquarter in Aarhus and reports to the Senior Manager for Data & Analytics.

What will make you successful
You bring a strong BI toolbox, stakeholder-savvy partnering skills, and the ability to deliver hands-on solutions at pace. You’re comfortable shaping operating models and enabling self-service where it makes sense. In addition, we imagine that you have

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT or similar
• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering BI or data solutions and in defining governance and operating models for analytics functions
• Proven stakeholder-facing experience translating business needs into data solutions
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and Power BI; familiarity with data governance, lineage, and access control
• Practical engineering skills: SQL performance tuning, data modelling, Databricks notebooks
