Assistant HR Business Partner - Aarhus

Are you a strong project manager who can anchor and drive cross-country HR projects and processes. If so, the position as Assistant HR Business Partner in Arla Foods’ Europe Zone could be yours. The position is a unique opportunity to support two senior leaders in our European Leadership Team as an HR Business Partner. You will get to provide HR sparring and be the link to Global HR as well as get to play a key role in projects and initiatives on a European level and to build a strong foundation in Arla HR.

Business-oriented HR Partnering and Project Management

Reporting to the Head of HR in Zone Europe, you will be part of an HR team who works closely with the business to enable business success through the Arla people strategy. You will be the HR Business Partner for two central teams – EU Finance and EU Commercial Operations – both teams that work with Arla’s local markets across Europe. Furthermore, you will be part of the Europe HR Leadership Team where you will provide support to the HR Leadership team members. You will manage different cross-country initiatives and work together with the country HR Leads to implement across the European organization.

Solid HR knowledge and strong interpersonal skills

You hold a Master’s degree within business, HRM or an equivalent discipline, and most likely, you have been working in HR for 2-3 years as HR business partner – ideally in a matrix organization. Besides your empathetic and collaborative personality, you have a lot of drive and energy and are eager to create results. You have the skills to be a strong project manager and like to ensure solid and timely execution of projects with many different stakeholders. You are able to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions – and you love to do this in collaboration with colleagues. You thrive in a busy environment with a lot of challenge and varying tasks. You have a keen interest for organisation, business and people, and you are able to build strong and trusted relations with many stakeholders – and you are not afraid to take a stand.
