Arla Global Brand Manager, Arla Brand (temporary) - Aarhus or Stockholm

About the job

As our Global Brand Manager, you act as the custodian of the Arla brand supporting implementation of strategic projects, e.g. brand guidelines, digital media, shopper activation, purpose, packaging or support to develop new strategic communication. In this short term assignment you will be able to create huge impact with ownership for specific projects, as well as support for global and EU markets on operationalising strategic projects.

 

The role reports to the Global Director of Arla Brand & Sustainability within the EU Marketing & Commercial Operations team. The team is based in our global Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, but you can be based either in Denmark or at our country HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. Regardless, you will need to have the flexibility to travel approximately 2 days per month.

 

Who are you?

You know brands and how to develop their equity and communications. You are adept at working with complex challenges and you’re a great collaborator knowing how to bring people along on the journey by setting direction. You can build strong relationships and networks, you are able to make use of your creative flair to make an impact on brands and consumers, but also through others. You are passionate about consumers and brand development and you:

• Have solid experience and a passion for brands and have worked with marketing

• Have 3-5 years of work experience in FMCG

• Experience with agencies and understand how to get the best out of the collaboration

• You are a strong brand manager with the leadership skills and experience to progress where this experience would benefit your next step

• Fluent in English
