Im nordwestli-chen Teil von Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in der Gemeinde Upahl, beschäftigen wir etwa 500 Mitarbeiter/innen. Die Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH in Upahl ist unser Kompetenzzentrum für Bio-Produkte und Quark. Unsere lang-jährige Erfahrung in der Herstellung von fermentierten Frischeprodukten nutzen wir z. B. für die Produktion von Skyr. Dieses Produkt stellen wir in Upahl exklusiv für Arla Foods in Europa her. Für das kommende Jahr suchen wir hochmotivierte Auszubildende Milchtechnologe (m/w/d). Gemeinsam mit dir wollen wir unsere führende Position als europaweit erfolgreiches Unternehmen weiter ausbauen.

Als Milchtechnologe (m/w/d) bist du zuständig für die Herstellung unserer Milchprodukte und übernimmst Ver-antwortung im Bearbeitungs- und Verarbeitungsbereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Anwenden von Verfahren zur Herstellung von Konsummilch, Mischstreichfetten und Trockenmilcher-zeugnissen.
• Steuern und Überwachen der Prozessanlagen zur Herstellung unsere Milchprodukte.
• Bedienen und Überwachen von Abfüll- und Verpackungsanlagen.
• Durchführung von Reinigungstätigkeiten und überwachen automatischer Reinigungssysteme.
• Durchführung von sensorischen, physikalischen und chemischen Untersuchungen der Rohstoffe und fer-tigen Produkte, sowie deren Bewertung.
• Erwerb von Kenntnissen im Lebensmittelrecht, Hygienevorschriften, Produktstandards, sowie Arbeits- und Umweltschutz, als auch deren Einhaltung.

Dein Profil:

Wenn du dich schon immer für Chemie, Physik und Biologie interessiert hast, handwerklich und technisch ge-schickt bist, du außerdem einen feinen Geruchs- und Geschmackssinn mitbringst und eine gute Beobachtungsga-be mitbringst, steht deiner Ausbildung zum Milchtechnologen nichts im Weg. Folgendes solltest du noch mit-bringen:

• Berufsreife, Sekundarabschluss I oder Abitur
• Spaß am naturwissenschaftlichen Denken
• Technisches Verständnis
• PC-Kenntnisse
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
