We invite you to join Arla’s Talent Acquisition team in Stockholm as an operational Talent Acquisition
Manager with  responsibility for leading our TA team, make sure our processes and ways of working is top notch, driving your own recruitments and assessments, being the strategic TA head owner of Arla
Sweden and represent us in our global TA settings.

 

The position is based at our HQ in Solna, Stockholm and you will report to our Director HR operations.

 

How you will make an impact

Talent Acquisition in Arla is responsible for recruitment, sourcing, selection, assessment and graduate programmes. Employer branding is also part of our responsibility. We are two TA Consultants and an
Employer Branding specialist. As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will partner closely with colleagues in TA, with HRBP’s and with senior business stakeholders in order to find and attract the best talents to Arla.

 

For this position, the focus will be on driving and developing the TA team, manage your own full
recruitment processes, improving and developing both existing processes and implement new ways of working. You will also be involved in bort local and global HR projects.

 

Applying your skills, you provide our managers with high-quality expert advice and ensure that the entire recruitment process is handled professionally, swiftly and successfully. You will handle everything from analysing the job and candidate profile to choosing media channels for advertising, conducting
interviews and tests and finally selecting the right candidate for the job in close cooperation with the
hiring manager.
Last but not least, you will secure close communication with your internal and external stakeholders and have a close collaboration with talented and enthusiastic colleagues placed in countries such as Denmark, UK, Germany and Poland.

 

What will make you successful

  • You have a university degree within HR, Psychology or Business combined with experience as a sourcer / headhunter/recruiter in a search firm/recruiting firm or similar
  • Experience of inhouse recruitment is a merit
  • Previous teamlead/people manager experience is required
  • Experience of test tools and conducting test feedback sessions is required
  • Certification in Hogans assessment and/or Predictive index is a huge advantage
  • You must hold a high level of proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English
