Student Assistant MBB (Milk Based Beverages), Marketing - Stockholm

Do you want to join our MBB Team (Milk Based Beverages) and become our new Student Assistant? Are you ready to test your skills in a diversified and high performance environment? Do you have an interest in the FMCG-industry? We are now looking for an entrepreneurial colleague with a business mindset to join our team. Our ambition is to create the future of dairy drinks through own - or licensed brands, our portfolio covers Starbucks, Pucko, Yalla! and Arla (Arla protein & Arla Iskaffe).

This is your chance to get to work with several key marketing disciplines and a variety of tasks with some of our most loved brands in Sweden!

How you will make an impact
For you as a Student Assistant the weekly working hours range from 15-20 with consideration to your education and we sign contracts per semester (autumn and spring separately). With start date in August.

You will take on a broad role – It can be anything from managing new product launches, updating pack designs, handling brand campaigns, digital communication and activation or consumer/shopper analysis etc. Working across various internal functions as well as external partners, you will have exposure to multiple stakeholders in the industry from Global to Local.

What will make you successful
We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Economics, Marketing, Innovation, Business, Communication or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of studying experience and at least one year to go.

Furthermore, it is essential that you have:

• Strong self-leadership skills and a “can-do mentality”
• A learning mindset and are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks
• Analytical skills and data driven
• Strong project Management skills and a structural approach  
• A strong interest in building strong relationships and team spirit with your closest team, cross-functional colleagues and external partners.
• Knowledge with IT software, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new
  systems
• High proficiency in English and Swedish
