How you will make an impact
We are looking for an Student Assistant to join our Supply Chain Planning Team in Stockholm. In this role you will work with an array of stakeholders.
You will support the Supply Chain Planning team with data analysis & reporting, presenting in-sights and challenging the current ways of working as a result. In addition to other project management and follow up tasks on many strategic projects. Your tasks could also include:
- Development of KPI dashboards
- Creating new insights and analysis
- Improving end to end planning processes
- Establishing ways of working when new global tools are implemented
- With an ambitious mindset you will contribute to increasing planning competences and effectiveness.
In order to be prepared for the role, you will be offered a full time summer job for 8-12 weeks as an availability or operational network planner as an onboarding phase in order for you to under-stand and learn all the details that will help you achieve your goals in the student assistant role that will begin after the summer period.

A strong Student Assistant is a person who is ambitious and thrives with challenges. You have a high energy level and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are currently a Masters Student in any of the following: INDEK, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration & Economics or any other relevant field.
Fluency in English is a requirement and Scandinavian proficiency is just a plus.
IT skills – experience with Power BI, Excel or SAP is a merit but being open to learning new
systems is definitely a plus.
As a person you are eager to learn new things and have a genuine interest for operations, business and people. You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing under pressure and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines. Other important qualities for success in the role are proactiveness, analytical skills, structure and drive. As a Student Assistant will you also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. Nevertheless, will there be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are designed for you and your development.
