You will experience a great deal of variety in your tasks, which we promise will challenge you on a daily basis as well as be highly relevant for your future studies. As a student assistant you will be working 15-20 hours a week with consideration to your education.

How will you make an impact

As our new student assistant, you will become part of our Sales Finance function that strives to deliver best-in-class business partnering to the customer teams. You will support the Finance Business Partners in their daily work.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Support in monthly performance reviews and variance analysis activities
• Support and improve the financial forecasting/planning process
• Generate new insights and analysis on profitability and cost drivers for commercial organisation
• Support on various business projects
• Drive continuous improvements
• Other ad-hoc tasks

In the onboarding phase you will learn about Arla, our Finance organization and understand and learn all the details that will help you achieve your goals in the student assistant role. As a Student Assistant will you also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. Nevertheless, will there be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are designed for you and your development. This is a fixed-term contract, starting August 2025.

You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing under pressure and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines. Other important qualities for success in the role are:

• You are currently following a Bachelor or Master studies in Business and Economics or similar, with at least 2 years of study experience.
• Fluent in English is a requirement and Scandinavian proficiency is a recommendation
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint and be open to learn new systems is definitely a plus
• You are proactive, structured and analytical
• You have a high energy level and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest for numbers, business and people
