Senior Finance Business Partner Foodservice - Stockholm

In Foodservice Finance, we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner where you will impact the decision-making of an entire business area, acting as a progressive sparring partner for the commercial business in Sweden, and creating value for customers through gifted analysis and thoughtful impact calculations. The position is based out of our office in Stockholm.

How you will make an impact
As Senior Finance Business Partner Foodservice, you will report to the Vice President Finance in Sweden. You will set direction for a motivated and inspiring team and in close cooperation with the Finance and Foodservice team members, you will secure coherence in and delivery of KPI follow-up, forecasts and analysis for decision-making. Furthermore, you will take lead and participate in various projects addressing strategic challenges or development opportunities for the Swedish Foodservice business.

In addition, you will act as sparring partner for the Senior Director Foodservice Sweden and as such, you will be part of the Foodservice Leadership team. Additionally you will interact and develop a strong network of multiple stakeholders, incl. country leadership team and the European Foodservice Finance team. You will be expected to actively drive a continuous improvement of our performance culture.

What will make you successful
To succeed in this role, we believe you are an ambitious, experienced and result-oriented Economist holding a Master’s degree within Finance and have solid experience from a business-oriented finance function. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be expected to claim responsibility for delivering world-class performance evaluation and facilitate  management decision-making. You have leadership experience, a strong financial and  commercial background and truly understand the business in all aspects of your work. At the same time, you must be able to work and make decisions independently. Besides having operational and strategic acumen, you are able to work with many stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organisation. You communicate with high proficiency in English and are a skilled IT-user.

On a personal level, you are known for your open attitude and personal authority, and you have an excellent ability to show initiative and be forward thinking. Added to this, you possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build relations with colleagues and provide constructive sparring at any organisational level.
