Senior E-Commerce Content Professional - 12 month fixed term - Stockholm

As an e-commerce content specialist in Sweden, you will  support our growth across the channel. Reporting to the e-commerce Senior Manager in Sweden, you will be responsible for driving excellent digital shelf appearance for our brands in the market, plan & execute campaigns in close collaboration with the e-commerce Key account manager while you’ll also join the European e-commerce community to share and obtain best practices.

About the role

Arla has an ambitious commercial agenda and as part of the Swedish e-commerce team you’ll support the e-commerce strategy in Sweden as well as for Europe to enable delivery of our growth ambitions. This is a 12-month contract with possibility of extension.

How you will make an impact

You will create guidelines for the digital shelf appearance for our categories and brands,
including product titles, product descriptions, and imagery. Lead the compliance tracking via Digital Shelf Analytics Tool to monitor, recommend, and drive initiatives of improvements in collaboration with customers, categories, and the e-commerce team.

• Lead and support projects across the organisation in relation to improvements of digital shelf.
• Retail media: be part of the implementation of Arlas Retail media strategy to support the organization in defined ways of working & execution. This includes supporting different internal stakeholders both within in Sales, Marketing & Finance as well as external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the European e-commerce community to share and obtain best practices on eCommerce across Europe 

What will make you successful

We are looking for a curious e-commerce talent, with a growth mindset who can drive and deliver on cross-organisational projects and drive change across organization. A person with strong analytical capabilities who can turn data into actionable insights that will secure excellence within Arla’s digital shelf appearance. We believe you have previous experience within

e-commerce and understand the criteria for successful performance. You have an

understanding of challenging processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvements
 

• 2-3 years of experience within e-commerce.
• Fluent in Swedish and strong communication skills in English.
• Interest in and pay attention to details.
• Experience in driving projects from A to Z.
• Experience from working with inhouse agencies is a plus.
