Programmatic Coordinator

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Beginning of this year we moved programmatic buying inhouse. Now we need a programmatic coordinator that will support our local programmatic specialist in the daily work.


<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">As our new Programmatic Coordinator you will be part of a global digital buying team and supporting Arla’s local brands in Sweden with hands-on execution of our programmatic campaigns together with our Programmatic Specialist.

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Driving digital campaigns across brands and platforms

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">You will be part of an established team of digital media buyers working across markets and borders. From here, you will have a close collaboration with the programmatic specialist, brand teams and creative agencies. Together with the programmatic specialist you will support Arla’s local brands and translate strategic objectives into digital engagement tactics.


<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">We trust you to work hands-on and execute our digital media campaigns. It is up to you to optimize the campaigns and create maximum effect of our budgets. As part of the position, you will:


  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Hands-on set up, trafficking, and in-flight optimization of digital media campaigns using Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager360 and Analytics 360.
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Utilize data to build and reach relevant audiences/personas and develop digital consumer journey
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Create relevant tracking/floodlights based on campaign strategy
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Drive digital media metrics and KPI’s to ensure quality in the campaign delivery


<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Proactive and skilled digital expert

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">As a person, you have a huge drive to reach and exceed your targets. It’s a great merit if you come from an ad operations/campaign manager function. Otherwise you might come from trading desk, client side or digital media agency. Your educational background is not as important as your experience within digital marketing. We expect you to:


  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Have 1+ years in digital ad-ops; 1+ years’ experience planning and executing programmatic and Youtube campaigns
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Have great knowledge within digital ad ecosystem (Analytics, Ad Server, DSPs etc.)
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Possess expertise with ad ops and programmatic media buying (CM and DV360 preferably)
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Be able to translate data and numbers to insights
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">Be proficient in English and possess strong communication skills – especially the ability to translate tech knowledge to a range of audiences (brands, leadership, tech partners, agencies)
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arla InterFace",sans-serif">International mindset and well-developed ability to work in a matrix organization.
