Product Manager- Milk Based Beverages and On The Go (MBB & OTG) - Stockholm

The Milk Based Beverages and On The Go segment (MBB & OTG) is a fast-growing and dynamic category that caters to consumers' modern fragmented lifestyles by delivering a quick filling boost on the go or a refreshingly delicious chocolate milk/cappuccino/latte/etc.

The category is in rapid development, and its growth is deeply rooted in the launch of new products to meet new consumer needs and consumption occasions, and dependent on reaching new points of sale and new in-store/display solutions.

With power brands like Pucko, Yalla and Starbucks, we are on an exciting growth journey and need driven, energetic and innovative people to help take this growth to the next level.

What does the role entail?

In the role of Product Manager MBB / OTG you will:

  • Drive product changes or innovation projects and drive/participate in NPD (new product development) /CAPEX investment projects
  • Be operationally responsible for product calculations, cost monitoring, development and optimization of the existing range
  • Work with the category and packaging optimization team in the development of pre-merchandised displays and actively work to find and deliver new sales solutions and logistics solutions for the products in the range
  • Be reporting to the Senior Category Manager MBB/OTG. Important contact areas are the global Product Management team, the dairies, finance, innovation, packaging companies, demand planning and other functions within the category team.

What key competencies do you have?

  • You have a university degree, preferably a master's degree in economics or a master's degree in engineering.
  • You may have worked in an FMCG company or Start-up, or alternatively a transport or logistics company or retail company - in various roles.
  • Competence in cross-functional project management with financial control and follow-up is important for success in this role.
  • Experience of building Business Case and investment (Capex) projects and of managing financial data like Cost of Production and Transportation cost is important.
  • Expertise in logistics, pre-merchandised displays and the technical aspect behind other sales solutions for delivering and placing products in stores is an advantage.
  • You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
