The Net Revenue Management (NRM) team is accountable, supported by the Sales and Marketing teams, for improving price realisation, optimising trade spend and promotional effectiveness. The NRM programmes need to support the brand's strategic direction and be consistent with our key retailer strategies for growth. Success will be defined as NRM initiatives having a demonstrable and sustainable positive impact on the P&L of the business.

The NRM programmes need to support the brand's strategic direction and be consistent with our key retailer strategies for growth. Success will be defined as NRM initiatives having a demonstrable and sustainable positive impact on the P&L of the business.

 

We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to work on key NRM business reporting and analysis, supporting the market lead for NRM whilst leveraging close working relationships with the Sales, Marketing, Category and commercial Finance teams.

 

  • Support on initiatives that deliver against business, brand and customer targets (share, sales, profit, and sales/KG) utilising the five levers of NRM.
  • You will take ownership for updating and maintaining all areas NRM reporting, perform relevant analysis from various data sources to find key insights that support the strategic aims of the programme.
  • Builds on and populates a suite of NRM specific tools which will be the foundation of the NRM plan. Use the outputs with the NRM and wider teams to generate initial insight and directions, e.g. Profit pool, price curves and price ladders and mix management grids.
  • Drive and support the digitalized commercial decision-making journey at Arla Foods Sweden – which includes areas such as cross-functional ways-of-working, identification of business opportunities and total portfolio management
  • Stakeholder management – pro-actively drive and support the NRM agenda by actively encouraging teamwork and anchor important issues with stakeholders on all relevant levels of the organisation

 

What will make you successful

The ideal candidate would most likely have:

 

  • At least 2 years in a commercial role (MS&P/NRGM, sales, finance, category or similar) with knowledge of pricing disciplines and tools (strategic pricing, promotions, price pack architecture (PPA))
  • Professional experience within FMCG or Retail
  • Master/Bachelor education within Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or equivalent
  • Genuine aptitude and interest in the analytical craftmanship
  • A strong commercial mindset – meaning being able to understand the derivation of real impact on the business. Understands the value of being execution oriented.
