Logistics Digital Strategy Student Assistant - Solna

Are you a student with a passion for digital transformation, data analytics, and logistics? We are now looking for a motivated Student Assistant to support with implementing our logistics digital strategy to drive innovation and efficiency.

How you will make an impact

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders across the logistics organization and be responsible for different digitization initiatives. Areas of responsibility include:

• Anchor and support with implementing the logistics digital strategy by analyzing digital trends and emerging technologies, creating and assessing business cases, and driving digital initiatives
• Help establish a local digital roadmap for logistics
• Support cross-functional knowledge sharing, coordination, and progress tracking of digital initiatives
• Work with data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards
• Support in organizing workshops and meetings to drive innovation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration

What will make you successful

We are looking for a student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Data Science, or a related field with a minimum of one year left of studies. In order to be successful in this role we believe that you:

• Have an interest in digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies in logistics
• Are tech-savvy with a general understanding of digital tools and automation
• Have experience in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Can collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
• Swedish is meriting

As a Student Assistant will you also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. Nevertheless, will there be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are designed for you and your development.

The Student Assistant position starts in August 2025 and requires a commitment of around 15 hours per week, spread over 2-3 days. The position is based in our head office in Solna and we apply flexible workplace which allows some of the work to be done remotely.
