Junior Product Manager, Private Label - Arla Foods, Solna HQ

We are searching for a Junior Product Manager for our Private Label business to join the Arla Sweden Marketing team in Stockholm with placement at our Solna HQ.

How you will make an impact

The Junior Product Manager for Private Label is a new role reporting to the Head of Milk and Yoghurt category within the marketing organization. This is a new role within Arla and the right person will have the fantastic opportunity to shape and drive the development of this role. The Junior Product Manager will work very closely to the Private Label Senior Manager and project coordinator sitting under Sales with the objective to shape and execute the future of Private Label business at Arla.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive multiple & diverse project workstreams & tasks – e.g.
  • Investigate Private Label tenders and support sales projects
  • Launch new products for our customers
  • Optimize the products & packaging of our customers (design, product quality, nutritional content, sustainability profile…)
  • Support internal projects such as cost efficiency & CAPEX
• Act as first point of contact to dairies, logistics & global product management, and secure efficient cross functional stakeholder management between category and support functions – e.g. NPD, Global product management, Demand- & Supply planning, Quality, Packaging, Legal…
• Plan & prioritize projects & tasks to secure efficiency & wellbeing together with other PMs

What will make you successful

To be successful in this role you need to have strong leadership skills, be a great cross-functional collaborator and have a solution-orientated approach. You thrive to take lead and handle multiple projects & tasks in parallel. The role includes administrative tasks with clear deadlines in a wide range of systems; being structured & good at planning/self-management is therefore crucial.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

• A strong academic track record with a completed university degree in e.g. Food science, Business and/or Marketing
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment with a specific focus on product management
• Great personal leadership skills and a growth mindset – willing to develop and challenge the status quo
• Strong collaboration skills, excellent influencing skills & ability to listen to others
• Diligent project management skills to effectively deliver in the role
• Experience & a natural interest of using systems & processes as part of your daily work
• A sense for details, accuracy & always striving for on-time-delivery of deadlines
• Strong English as well as Swedish skills are required since many of the systems linked to customers require accurately written Swedish
