How you will make an impact
As Brand Manager Food inspiration & Arla Köket you will play a key role in Arla’s purpose “help people to eat well” by continue driving Arla’s food inspiration and its digital eco system with a cross-functional team. At the same time, you will be overall responsible for continuously developing and strengthening Arla Köket brand & performance, from strategy to execution.
About the role
You will own and manage the strategic agenda, business plans, innovation pipeline, media plans, brand budget for Arla Mat and support same tasks for Arla Köket. You will develop yearly brand plans and lead the 3-5 years’ brand strategy. Lead Arla Köket plans strategically and support in the operational work with the brand. Lead all our external channels for Arla Mat and collaborate close with the digital-and media team. Further more you will lead the ongoing reporting and recommending actions based on insights (monitors and understands key brand tracking KPIs and implications for food inspiration & cooking). Lead content plan and agenda for “help people eat well” in all food inspiration platforms
- Manages 'day-to-day' agency relationships with core agencies (content, comms, PR)
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams across Arla Foods functions to ensure effective delivery of projects.
- Acts as internal champion and expert for Arla’s food inspiration & cooking business

- Team leader for Food inspiration & Arla Köket
Who are you?
We believe you have a Bachelor or Master degree in for example Business Administration (Marketing/Sales) or equivalent. We imagine you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role combined brand & sales management experience within FMCG. You have a solid marketing background and know what is commercially needed to drive things through on store- and customer headquarter level. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and work independently to drive through business agenda
- You are analytical and have experience from working with data tools such as Nielsen, GFK etc
- You are a strong relationship builder across the line and an excellent communicator
- You are fluent in Swedish and English
- Have good people leadership skills
- You have a big interest in food, cooking and social media
