HR Business Partner Commercial

Arla Foods is now looking for an HR Business Partner supporting our Swedish Commercial organization. You will business partner our VP Retail Sales, Senior Director Foodservice, 2 Senior Category Directors (Marketing), and our VP Finance, being an embedded member of their leadership teams. You will also be a part of the Europe HR organization, working with your colleagues in the same role in other markets, and you will be involved in people and change project across the full Europe zone.

 

This is a great opportunity where you get to work close to the business, leadership teams and people managers with the focus on coaching, supporting, and developing teams, to ensure that we fully engage our people and future proof our organization.  

 

With placement at Arla's newly built Swedish HQ in Solna, you will be able to work in an inspiring environment where change and transformation are high on the agenda. The role is a permanent position and you will report directly in to our Senior HR Director/Head of HR Sweden.

 

About the role?

 

The HR Business Partner in Arla Sweden is a critical role where you will be supporting and enabling the execution of the business strategy in Arla Sweden. As an integrated member of functional leadership teams, you will work with our Leaders & people managers to enable our continued transformation of becoming Sweden’s #1 Food company. We have a big focus on transformation, with a specific focus on driving a continuous improvement culture; futureproofing our organization with high performing teams and a growth mindset; and enabling managers to lead during our ongoing digitalization transformation. You will also be driving our local Talent Management agenda, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team on external talent pipeline, and partnering with Leaders across the full Arla business on our internal pipeline;

 

 

To fit into the role, we believe you have:

 

  • University/college degree in HR, Business, management or similar.
  • you have solid experience developing organisations as an HR BP, Management Consultant or in a similar position, in an international context.
  • You should be agile and quick in your strategy and think it is fun to work with change and transformation
  • With your can-do attitude and proactive approach, you can easily convince your stakeholders that you can create sustainable results in a changing environment
  • Furthermore, it is important that you are social with a great deal of self-awareness and can take and manage people
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
  • Be able to handle large amounts of data and can act on it.
