Welcome to your new role as Digital Content Specialist at Arla’s Digital & Media Team!
Arla’s Digital & Media Team, located at Arla Swedens HQ in Solna, is seeking a creative and driven Digital Content Specialist to accelerate our efforts on Arla.se—one of Sweden’s leading food inspiration websites. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will bring creative ideas to life, managing content that showcases Arla’s food inspiration, brands, campaigns, and always-on content focused on food inspiration, health, and sustainability.
How you will make an impact
You will collaborate closely with your fellow Digital Content Specialists in the Digital Team and the entire The Barn team. The Barn is our in-house agency consisting of specialists in digital storytelling, production, media platform, and service development (Creative Studio and Factory, Media and Digital).
In the Digital Team, our work is data-driven, with continuous improvements in digital product development, content management, and data analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Website and CMS: Proficient in editing, producing, and publishing content within a CMS. Experience with Optimizely is a plus.
- Language and Grammar: Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and editing skills in Swedish.
- Content Creation: Craft articles and microcopy, particularly focusing on food and cooking topics.
- Image Editing: Proficient in Photoshop for editing assets and preparing them for the website.
- Digital Know-how: Strong interest in web development principles and best practices, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Data-driven Approach: Passionate about SEO, analytics, and optimization.
- Topic Enthusiasm: A keen interest in Food Inspiration, Health, and Sustainability will enrich your experience at work.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: General understanding of content marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
What will make you successful
To thrive in this role, we believe you are passionate about digital communication, production, and structure, with a love for food and cooking. You likely hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience. Your strengths include creativity (layout & design, video & photography) and a solid understanding of creative and digital agency work, or experience from Retail and FMCG.
Furthermore, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. You are a people’s person and a team player, skilled in stakeholder management. You are structured, strategic, and driven in your approach to work, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You focus on solving challenges with a positive mindset and finding practical solutions. You are eager to contribute to the development of Arla’s digital offerings. Additionally, you are an excellent communicator in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, and you are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about food.
