Business Development Manager Foodservice - Stockholm

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager that will lead and develop the cross functional processes and ways of working to grow our business now and in the future. This role is based at the Swedish headquarter in Solna, you will report to Sr Director & Head of Foodservice and be a part of the Foodservice leadership team.


About the job

As Business Development Manager you will independently drive cross functional projects and take a central role in the Foodservice leadership team. You are responsible for conducting effective meetings and providing other leadership members with strategically important information from key


To be successful we’re looking for a strong project leader whom can priorities between multiple
business areas in order to drive sales and implement strategies. Learning from our actions and
continuously adapting our sales planning to best practice will also be an important part of everyday performance while we believe you are analytic as well.



Key responsibilities:



  • Lead and develop Foodservice Sales planning process against short term business targets as well as long term strategic goals through cross functional collaboration with Marketing/
    Category/Channel, Key Account Management (Wholesalers and End-Users) and Field Sales
  • Lead and develop central business development projects within the Foodservice organization
  • Together with marketing develop channel specific sales promotions material
  • Analyze and Continuously improve the sales planning process as well as the effect on sales
  • Support Key Account Management, Marketing and Field Sales in developing attractive and
    effective Sales



Who are you?

  • University degree in Business, Economics and/or other relevant field.
  • Successful commercial, business development or project management track-record,
    preferable within the FMCG industry or Swedish foodservice or retail trade.
  • Solid strategic and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in excel and PPT and strong IT skills in general would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work towards both long term and short-term goals.
  • Good interpersonal skills: Capable of building strong working relationships internally as well as externally.
  • Winning mind-set with the drive and determination to deliver change.
