In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding online visibility, optimize assortment, and drive profitability.

How You Will Make an Impact
You will drive an ambitious growth agenda in developing sales in digital channels and RTD category delivering strategic business plan development with tactical execution. Working closely with colleagues in Foodservice, marketing and finance not to mention colleagues in supply chain you will influence strong business performance and customer delivery.
Your tasks
- Manage your own customer accounts and collaborate on digital platforms with K Group and S Group
- Ensure online shelf visibility and content excellence (product images, SEO).
- Develop category sales, market share, and profitability both in digital channels as well as in RTD category (Starbucks, Arla Protein).
- Utilize data to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
This role sits within the Retail Sales function and reports to the Head of Sales, Eljas Tuovinen. You will work closely with the whole commercial team and collaborate with other Europe Zone markets.

Additionally, we believe you have:
- A minimum of five years’ FMCG experience in commercial roles across category, sales, or marketing in addition to a university degree
- Advantage if worked within digital channels and/or within beverages, RTD coffee, soft drinks, energy drinks, beer, or other high-impulse categories
- Understanding of route-to-market models (distributors, key accounts, convenience, on-the-go) and how to unlock performance in impulse-driven channels
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with proven experience in processing both internal and external data and insights to identify gaps, defend positions, and uncover growth opportunities
- High proficiency in both English and Finnish, with the ability to communicate effortlessly in both languages
