We are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager for our Arla Pro team with strong experience in leading sales and customer relationships. You know food industry, foodservice business and you are genuinely interested in what’s cooking in the HoReCa Channel..
Key responsibilities
- Drive long-term development of key accounts by understanding customer strategies
- Lead accounts based on data, forecasts, and clear priorities to achieve targets set for you and your team.
- Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
- Ensure sales activities that strengthen our market position.
- Manage contract, pricing, and assortment negotiations and monitor their impact.
- Build lasting partnerships by understanding what customers truly aim to achieve.

- You have a 6+ years’ Experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG
- Foodservice experience and established networks with national chains are an advantage.
- You excel in building relations and communicating at all levels and with a range of different stakeholders.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking, analytics, and effective execution.
- Strong proficiency in Finnish and English.
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel (approx. 30 days/year).
Salary range
Salary €5,500–6,500/month depending on your background and experience.
