We are seeking an Finance Business Partner for a 15-month fixed-term contract. Our job is to function as a progressive sparring partner for the commercial part of the business on the Finnish market and create value for Arla Foods and our customers through intelligent analyses and a proactive business development mindset.

Based in Finland, you will be a part of the commercial organization handling sales and marketing activities in the Finnish market. The total revenue of Arla Finland amounts to approx. 400 mio. EUR. Commercial Finland Finance is responsible for all financial activities ranging from price and performance management, business partnering, reporting and strategic projects. Our work supports the commercial organization as well as the Finland Management Team.
 

Sales Finance Business Partner

Join us at Arla where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our financial development in the Finnish market for Foodservice and Retail customers. As part of a collaborative team, you'll focus on the Foodservice channel, acting as a trusted advisor at both strategic and tactical levels. You’ll work closely with the FS Business Unit Director, FS Key Account Managers, and support functions to drive success in our customer core team.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and consequences, crafting business cases with actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Engage in setting the directions and goals for next year’s ambitions
• Collaborate with the commercial business to analyze performance impacts on the top- and bottom line. Influence and support implementation of agreed initiatives
• Implement new systems and ways of working for optimizing pricing and trade investments.
• Ensure precise month-end and forecasting deliverables for the Foodservice Business Unit.

About You:

You bring a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience achieving exceptional results. Ideally, you've worked in management consulting, FMCG, retail, or similar sectors, with expertise in trade investment optimization.
 

• You have strong business acumen and a proactive mindset, driven to create results and improve future outcomes.
• As a collaborative team player, you communicate effectively in English and Finnish.
• Your analytical skills and personal impact enable constructive engagement at all organizational levels.
