We are looking for a dynamic Finance Associate to partner with our Marketing and Category teams, driving insightful financial performance and strategic initiatives. You will be part of the Commercial Finance Team and represent the Finnish Market in our European Marketing Finance Community.

More concretely, you will:
 

• Partner with our local Marketing Leadership Team to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain reporting requirements to enable structured performance management
• Drive the data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Support the Marketing Team in creating and following up on business cases
• Assist in budgeting and book-keeping for marketing spend
• Ensure accurate month-end closures

To succeed in this role, ýou should:
 

• Be proactive, results-driven, and eager for continuous improvement
• Have 2-5 years of relevant commercial or financial experience
• Possess strong MS Office skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint), PowerBI knowledge preferable
• Possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a keen financial acumen with an understanding of management reporting
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
• Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
