How you will make an impact

 

So, what's in it for you? Well, you’ll be playing a pivotal role in driving our brand's high growth agenda, working hand-in-hand with our commercial and innovation teams locally in Finland and globally across Arla as well as with other stakeholders.

 

Through daily collaboration with a team of diverse talents, you will enable the full impact of our capabilities from insights to in-store activations. Further, you ensure our brand and product portfolio stays relevant, stands out from the crowd, and keeps winning in the ever-evolving dairy market. You will secure strong buy-in, effective collaboration with all stakeholders, ultimately helping to deliver an ambitious growth target.

 

 You'll take the lead on:

  • Developing and leading the Brand Position and Communication Platform and assets.
  • Visual Identity development across all touchpoints.
  • Drive innovation projects through stage gates in cross functional teams; from early concept idea to final execution plans and post-launch evaluations
  • Translate consumer, shopper and channel insights into the winning product portfolio and compelling consumer and trade narratives
  • Design and implement the optimal portfolio strategy with innovation and category teams
  • Follow up on brand & portfolio performance and support in optimizing actions
  • Support customer teams in the development and execution of customer specific plans
  • Product Lifecycle

 

What will make you successful

You are a experienced creative thinker and problem solver with high business acumen and passion for driving brand equity. You easily build commitment and trust with stakeholders. You work independently and have an innate ability to effectively organise, analyse and present back solutions to cross functional teams. You influence without always having direct authority. You work in a highly structured way and have strong communication & interpersonal skills in order to optimally use and engage your stakeholder network. You have the ability to challenge the existing processes, but it isn't just about advancement; it's about fostering a culture of improvement and progress. Your consistent perseverance and optimistic attitude create constant possibilities for success in every pursuit.

 

Preferably you have:

  • A Master’s degree within marketing, business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience (FMCG preferably)
  • Experience with in-depth brand management (+2 years), including innovation & possibly product development
  • Experience in working with the full marketing mix
  • Solid MS Office skills, additional experience with AI tools is advantage
  • Fluent in business English and comfortable presenting to others
